Rosa's early training includes a degree in Choreography and Dance and a postgraduate degree in Community Dance at Laban. Since graduating Rosa has developed a community practice providing meaningful movement experiences that allow people the opportunity to express themselves creatively. Rosa has worked alongside companies and organisations such as Norwich Theatre Royal, Stopgap Dance, The Point Theatre,The Norfolk and Norwich Festival, DanceEast Ipswich, Out-there-arts, and the Blue Apple Theatre Company. Rosa is also a company director at Joyful Jams, providing movement opportunities for people living with Dementia.

As her career developed Rosa’s focus has been about providing therapeutic and artistic provision for people who might have less ability or inclination to communicate verbally. Working alongside people who have disabilities, the preverbal, and those living with dementia. She has also spent time working with the Deaf community and can offer sessions using British sign language - with qualifications up to pre-level 6 in BSL. In 2019 Rosa graduated as a Dance Movement Psychotherapist. Alongside her work as a dance artist and community practitioner, Rosa works part time at a therapeutic treatment centre supporting children who’ve experienced trauma and their families.

gaelin little

co-founder & choreographer

Gaelin is an independent artist working in the fields of dance, education therapy, and movement research. Gaelin trained as dancer with a BA(hons) in Dance Theatre and an MA in Creative Practice with Trinity Laban Conservatoire. She has a diploma in Integrative Bodywork and Movement Therapy (IBMT), and is an ISMETA registered Somatic Movement Therapist (RSMT) and Dance Educator (RSDE). IBMT is a holistic approach to therapy based on the principles of Body Mind Centering®, Authentic Movement, and Somatic Psychology. These practices underlie her relationship to dancing and performing.

Gaelin has 15 years of experience initiating, managing, producing, and facilitating a wide range of projects with people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds in a variety of artistic and educational settings. These include Artis, Peterborough Presents, Glasshouse Dance, Hatton Special School, The Garage, and Norfolk Dance. She is artistic co-director of dance quartet Eleven Farrer House , and assistant director/associate artist for Undercurrent.

Gaelin facilitates creative, fun, and expansive experiences. She is passionate about finding ways to support and engage individuals and communities to thrive through movement, wellbeing, and creative expression.
